☆ In Rotating Disc Valve the lever arm drives the valve disc through rotating, and so the movement to turn on/off the valve is rotating movement, which has reliable sealing performance.

☆ Rotating disc valve is suitable for abrasive medium process, with hardened flow passage surface, high temperature resistant design, and self cleaning mechanism.

☆ Based on the retrofit structure of sliding disc valve served in aerospace engine, BAPC has completed the manufacture of the first domestic rotation disc valve.

☆ Supply scope of size 0.5 " to 16". Valve can be applied in any situation where solids medium are fed or transported by pneumatic conveying system.

☆ According to the structure and sealing mechanism, Rotating Disc Valve can be divided into two categories: Rotating Double Disc Valve and Rotating Single Disc Valve. The service life of HT rotating disc valve is up to four times of that of metal sealed ball valve.

☆ HT Rotating Disc Valve has already achieved a successful and mature application under severe conditions in polysilicon, coal chemical, metallurgy, electric power and other related industries in China.

☆ BAPC’s US patented Special-Structure Rotating Disc Valve is mainly used for full flow state of solid medium, or in special conditions with big medium particles.
