On May 24, 2018, BAPC special valve division had a meeting with the Technip FMC for Ethylene Cracking Valve communication in Wison Engineering headquarters, Beijing. The general manager of BAPC , Xiaofeng Li, and the general manager of special valve division, Fan Yang attended the meeting.
At the meeting, BAPC and Technip FMC had a detailed communication on the valve structure, technical features and common problems of Ethylene Cracking Valves for ethylene production. The TechnipFMC recognized our production, technical capacity and product performance, plans to visit special valve assembly workshop.
Technip FMC is an internationally renowned enterprise, world-leading in the field of process technology services, and the subsidiary company S&W's Ethylene Production technology is widely used all over the world. In 2018, BAPC for the first time provided the Ethylene Cracking Valves for domestic new ethylene project which used S&W process, and was invited to attend the product communication meeting. This meeting is the first official communication between BAPC and Technip FMC for cracking gas valve, which laid a good foundation for S&W process certification.
Since then, BAPC has completed preliminary contact with four leading ethylene cracking process licensors in the world, including CB&I, Technip FMC, KBR and Linde group, the process licensor certification of will pave the way for marketing of Ethylene Cracking Valves and other products.
Both MTG and MTO are fixed bed technologies, and the reaction system and regeneration system are executed in a cyclic manner. The reaction and regeneration reaction temperatures are above 500 ℃, and the reaction system medium is hydrocarbons, while the regeneration system medium is high-temperature air.
